Gayr kelimesi Arapça kökenli bir kelime olup; başına eklendiği kelimenin olumsuz anlama gelmesini sağlamaktadır. Kabil ise “olabilir”, “mümkün” gibi anlamlara gelmektedir. Bu çerçevede gayrikabili, mümkün olmayan anlamına gelecek olup; rücu kelimesinin ise geri dönme anlamına geldiği göz önünde bulundurulduğunda “gayrikabili rücu” kelimeleri bir arada “geri dönüşü mümkün olmayan” anlamına gelmektedir.

When the release agreement relied upon by the defendant's attorney is examined in light of these explanations, it is not reliable, clear, or understandable. Firstly, it is unclear how much money the attorney collected, how much in expenses and attorney fees was deducted, and how much was paid to the plaintiff; furthermore, it has not been proven that the plaintiff was aware of these details. Therefore, such a release agreement cannot be relied upon. The defendant attorney is obligated to prove the amount of money collected and how and in what amount it was paid to the plaintiff. The defendant has not provided an account of the expropriation compensation collected and the expense advances received from the plaintiff with the evidence presented, nor has he been able to prove that he paid the full amount.
